Price per week and per apartment from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am

The prices includes :
Apartment rental, heater, water and electricity.
Extra expenses : municipal tourist tax.
To confirm your reservation we request a downpayment of 30% accompanied by the signed contract.
The day of your arrival, pay the balance of your rental charge.

Full refund is ensured for all cancellation the day before you arrival for reasons related to the pandemic in case of :
- Government policies on household lockdowns
- Border shutdown
- Travel restriction with mandatory quarantine for travelers from a specific country imposed by the French government
( to be applicable the quarantine must be mandatory not voluntary )
These restrictions must be in full force and effect the day before your arrival.
In case of regulatory measures taken during your stay and leading to an anticipated departure, we will refund the remaining nights.
Regardless of the reason, all cancellation must be notified in writing.
No cancellation request will be registered over the phone.
